You are running out (or have already run out) of your digital signature certificate for declaring alcoholic beverages. What to do? "license "crypto pro csp" has expired Cryptopro renewal

When you enter Kontur.Extern, a window appears with the message: “The CIPF license “Crypto-Pro CSP” has expired » .

If there are 30 days or less left before the license expires, a warning “Crypto Pro CSP CIPF license expires in n days” will appear upon login.

If the license has not yet expired, you can skip entering the license and continue logging in by clicking on the “Remind me later” link. The warning will appear again in a week.
If there is less than a week left until the end of the Crypto Pro validity period, the warning will be hidden for 1 day.
If the license expires during the day, a warning will appear every time you log in.

To enter a license you must

1. In the message when logging in, click on the “Activate” button.

2. On the page that opens, click “Next” , after which the check of the necessary components will begin.

3. After completing the system check, you will need to install the required components by clicking the appropriate button.

4. You should wait until the installation process is completed. Then you will be able to choose to enter a license for Crypto-Pro automatically (using a certificate) or manually. To automatically renew, click the appropriate button.

If the “Renew automatically (by certificate)” button is missing, then you should.

5. In the window that appears, select the certificate with which you log in to Kontur.Extern and click the “Renew license” button. To the system messages “Do you want to allow this program to make changes on your computer?” answer "Yes" .

5. A window will appear indicating that the license was successfully entered. Next, you can either log in to the system or check the system settings using the appropriate buttons.

If after installation you click on the “Renew manually (enter license)” button, a field for manually entering a license will appear. You must enter the serial number indicated on the form and click the “Enter” button. The serial number consists of 25 characters (numbers and Latin letters), which can be entered in a row without spaces or dashes.

The serial number of the CryptoPro license is indicated on the license form, which is issued at the service center along with the subscription service agreement. An example of the form is shown in the figure below.

If you cannot find the form, you must contact the service center at the place of connection. The coordinates of the service center can be found on the Kontur.Extern website in the section. If the search for a service center does not produce results, you should contact technical support by the address [email protected] with a note in the subject line “It was not possible to determine the contacts of the service center” and indicating the TIN and KPP of the organization.

If an insufficient number of characters has been entered (the serial number consists of 25 characters), a warning will appear. You must enter a 25-digit serial number.
If the serial number was entered incorrectly, the message “Error entering license. Try again". In this case, you need to check that the serial number is entered correctly.
If you receive the message "This version has expired" when you sign in CryptoPro CSP has expired" and the "Enter license" button does not appear, then to enter the serial number you should use the recommendations from the instructions "".

Open the site https://egais.center-inform.ru, remember your login and password (You registered on this site the first time receiving digital signature in 2012), go to Personal Area and order:
- extension of digital signature;
- License for Crypto Pro CSP 4.0 (Provided that your previous one was annual and purchased at least a year ago). You can order an annual one for the next term for 600 rubles, or an unlimited term for 2700 rubles.

When receiving an electronic digital signature, in addition to applications and powers of attorney, you must also have your old key with you - EToken, on which a new one will be written instead of the old one digital signature certificate.
So, you have received the key with digital signature. What operations need to be carried out on your PC so that there are no problems when signing declarations and sending them to the FS RAR website?

1.Delete the old one deadlines certificate.
We do not insert the key with the digital signature yet. Press the button. "Start" and then "All programs" (Fig. 1)

Open the “Crypto Pro” folder, select “Certificates” (Figure 2)

In the left part of the window that opens, open sequentially: “Certificates - current user”, “Personal”, “Register”, select the “Certificates” folder with the left mouse button. All certificates installed in this store will appear on the right side of the window. If there are several certificates, select the one for which in the “Issued by” column is “CenterInform SPb” (Fig. 3)

2. Install a new certificate.

We insert the EToken key into one of the USB inputs of the PC. Press the button. "Start", "All Programs", open the "CryptoPro" folder, select "CryptoPro CSP" (Fig. 5)

In the window that opens, select the “Service” tab and click on the “View certificates in container” button (Fig. 6)

Another window will open. In it, select the container in which the certificate is located. (the container name is the name of your company) Click OK. The window will close (Fig. 8)

And in the previous window, in the “Key container name” line, an entry about the selected container will appear. Click "Next" (Figure 9).

We view and verify information about the certificate owner and the properties of the certificate. If there is an “Install” button in this window, then click on it and this completes the certificate installation process. (Fig. 10)

If your version of Crypto Pro does not have an “Install” button, then the process becomes somewhat more complicated. Click the "Properties" button (Fig. 10). The certificate window will open (Fig. 11). Here click the "Install certificate..." button

The Certificate Import Wizard window will open. Here you need to: select “Place all certificates in the following store”, click the “Browse” button and in the newly opened window called “Select a certificate store”, select (it is already selected!) the “Personal” store and click OK (Fig. 13 ).

The selected storage (“Personal”) will be displayed in the “Certificate Storage” line of the “Certificate Import Wizard” window (Fig. 14). Click the "Next" button.

If the "Import eToken Certificate" window opens, you must cancel the operation by clicking Cancel or closing the window (X), because Your certificate was initially written to eToken.

3. Extension of the validity period of Crypto Pro.
(You have purchased a new license (annual or perpetual).

Press the button. “Start”, “All Programs”, open the “CryptoPro” folder, select “Manage CryptoPro PKI licenses” (Fig. 19).

In the window that opens, enter the serial number of Crypto Pro from the license you received. The letters are Latin, capital letters, the letter O, unlike zero, is more rounded. Click OK (Fig. 21)

After completion, select “Crypto Pro CSP” in the left window and make sure that the license validity period has changed (increased) and corresponds to the period specified in the license. (Fig. 22).
