JOB DESCRIPTION N SP-02 ENGINEER FOR ORGANIZATION OF OPERATION AND REPAIR OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, EQUIPMENT AND NETWORKS OF REPAIR SERVICE

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The main task of an engineer for organizing the operation and repair of buildings, structures, equipment and networks (hereinafter referred to as RES engineer) is to organize work to ensure uninterrupted provision of the enterprise with cold and hot water supply, heat supply, organization of operational work, current and major repairs of buildings, structures, equipment and enterprise networks.

1.2. The RES engineer is appointed and dismissed by the director of the enterprise in agreement with the deputy director for technical parts.

1.3. The RES engineer reports directly to the Deputy Director for Technical Affairs.

1.4. A person who has a complete higher technical education without work experience requirements or a basic higher technical education and work experience in the specialty of at least 5 years, who has completed training and certification in the prescribed manner, is appointed to the position of RES engineer.

1.5. The RES engineer supervises the work of an integrated team for the operation and repair of buildings, structures, equipment and networks.

1.6. In the event of a temporary absence of a distribution network engineer, he is replaced by another person appointed by order of the director or the deputy director for technical affairs.

1.7. 2. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1. Perform the functions assigned to him efficiently and in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, regulations, regulations, instructions and orders of the administration.

2.2. Performs daily tasks received from the Deputy Director for Technical Affairs and tasks in accordance with the approved work plan.

2.3. Provides technical leadership to an integrated team for the operation and repair of buildings, structures, equipment and networks. Gives daily tasks to subordinate workers, taking into account the work plan, availability of construction materials, seasonality and location of work. Manages the deployment of labor.

2.4. Monitors the technically correct operation, quality and timeliness of repairs of plumbing equipment, hot and cold water supply systems, heat supply, buildings and structures.

2.5. Determines the need and feasibility of carrying out construction and repair work in accordance with work plans, performing work that does not disrupt the process of treatment and rest of patients.

2.6. Monitors the rational consumption of electricity, hot and cold water, thermal energy, and building materials. Determines the need for building materials.

2.7. Manages the planning of energy consumption standards and the development of repair schedules for plumbing and technological equipment, hot and cold water supply systems, heat supply and energy consumption by the enterprise.

2.8. Prepares applications and the necessary calculations for them for the purchase of plumbing and technological equipment, materials, and spare parts.

2.9. Organizes the development of measures to reduce energy consumption standards, introduce new equipment that contributes to more reliable, economical and safe operation of plumbing and technological equipment.

2.10. Provides control over compliance with the requirements and standards for the technical operation of plumbing, technological equipment, water supply and heat supply systems.

2.11. Participates in the preparation of technical specifications for the design of new and reconstruction of existing facilities of the repair and maintenance service.

2.12. Participates in the acceptance of plumbing, technological equipment, water supply systems, heat supply systems, and other objects into operation after repairs. Monitors the quality of work performed, its timeliness and the efficiency of use of building materials.

2.13. Organizes timely verification of pressure gauges and water meters; testing of lifting mechanisms, ladders, compressor equipment.

2.14. Monitors the correct storage of building materials in order to prevent their damage or theft.

2.15. Participates in drawing up action plans to prepare the enterprise for work in the spring-summer and autumn-winter periods.

2.16. Organizes accounting of energy resource consumption, maintains established reports and submits them to the accounting department in a timely manner.

2.17. Prepares reports on capital and current repairs of the enterprise, containing:

Acceptance certificates for completed work (form F-2);

Material report (form F-29);

Report on the movement of construction materials (form F-17);

Calculation of wages for construction personnel according to Form 2 for those working on a piece-rate basis;

Calculation of wages for workers employed in time-based work, etc., accepted at the enterprise.

2.18. Takes part in conducting an inventory of material assets within the established time frame, prepares documents and writes off material assets.

2.19. Develops job descriptions and labor safety instructions for subordinate personnel and monitors their implementation.

2.20. Draws up work schedules for members of an integrated team, maintains a timesheet for working hours, and a log of workers leaving the enterprise during working hours.

2.21. Conducts work on labor protection in the department and is responsible for the general state of labor protection, fire safety, electrical and industrial safety, and industrial sanitation in the service.

2.22. Conducts operational monitoring of the state of labor protection in the repair and maintenance service in accordance with regulatory documents on labor protection.

2.23. Conducts initial on-the-job, repeated, unscheduled and targeted briefings on labor protection in the repair and maintenance service.

2.24. Monitors the training of distribution network personnel in labor protection and fire safety. Conducts personnel training on labor safety issues.

2.31. Monitors the correct storage of material assets in order to prevent their damage or theft.

2.32. Takes part in improving the skills of workers and organizes training for workers.

2.33. Works to improve his skills by constantly studying new technical literature. Training is carried out according to plan in educational and methodological centers.

2.34. Conducts preliminary and periodic medical examinations in a timely manner (at least once a year). Supervises the completion of medical examinations by subordinate personnel.

2.35. Maintains work procedures and labor discipline and monitors their compliance by subordinate personnel.

2.36. Complies with labor safety obligations stipulated by the collective agreement and internal labor regulations.

2.37. Takes measures to immediately eliminate the causes and conditions that may cause downtime, accidents or other damage, and if it is not possible to eliminate these causes on its own, immediately notifies the Deputy Director for Technical Affairs about this.

2.38. Stops the operation of machines, mechanisms and other equipment if there is a threat to the life and health of him or others and immediately notifies the Deputy Director for Technical Affairs about this.

2.39. Provides safe storage, transportation and use of radioactive, toxic, explosive, flammable and other substances and materials. Ensures complete safety of the property entrusted to him. Treats the property of the sanatorium with care and takes urgent measures to prevent damage.

2.40. Immediately informs the Deputy Director for Technical Affairs or the Director about industrial accidents and ensures the provision of timely medical assistance to victims.

2.41. Informs the Deputy Director for Technical Affairs or the Chief of the Emergency Situations and State Defense Staff about the prerequisites for the occurrence of an emergency at the enterprise's facilities.

2.42. Takes part in holding sanitary days (hours), cleanup days for landscaping the territory of the sanatorium. Organizes subordinate personnel to participate in their implementation, draws up a work plan.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. An equipment installation and operation engineer is classified as a specialist and is an employee of the network works department.

1.3. 2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The equipment installation and operation engineer is obliged to:

2.1. Prepare technical documentation for the dependent network node (subscriber station) for installation and operation.

2.2. Conduct an inspection and provide an expert assessment of the technical condition of new and existing communication centers.

2.3. Provide necessary technical information to installers and equipment testing and integration engineers.

2.4. Provide ASP access, management and control of the operation of equipment and software of the communication center.

2.5. Provide technical support and supervision of the project at the tender stage.


2.6. Monitor the acquisition of equipment for the communication center in accordance with network diagrams.

– check whether the documentation on tools and materials necessary for installation of the structure has been delivered in the required quantity and on time;

– constantly monitor the implementation of equipment installation work that occurs in “live mode”, when the risk of damage and breakdown of the client network is especially high.

2.15. Follow safety precautions and use only safe materials and tools in your work.

3.4. Receive from company officials the information necessary to carry out his activities, get acquainted with draft management decisions related to the performance of his official duties.

3.5. Submit proposals for improvement of the organization and quality of equipment installation work for consideration by the company management.

3.6. Require the company management to provide the organizational and technical conditions necessary for the performance of official duties, as well as assistance in ensuring the rights provided for in this job description.

3.7. Undergo retraining and advanced training in the manner prescribed by labor legislation and local regulations of the organization.

4. RESPONSIBILITY
